By accessing or using Temp Mail Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Temp Mail Pro provides advanced temporary email infrastructure for privacy testing, QA automation, and personal identity protection. Our service allows you to receive emails in a temporary environment that is purged periodically.

You agree NOT to use the service for: • Sending or receiving illegal or prohibited material. • Automated registration of accounts in violation of third-party terms. • Creating or distributing spam, malware, or phishing campaigns. • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding any individual or entity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these policies.

Paid subscriptions (Pro/Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.

For free users, data is purged every 10 minutes. Temp Mail Pro is not liable for the loss of any data, emails, or attachments during or after the purging process. It is the user's responsibility to save any critical information before it is deleted.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
